Ang sakit ng abs ko! Shiyet!
Ok. I dont have the six pack (yet) on my midsection. But it's there. Really. We all have it actually. All we have to do is rest our hand/s on our midsection and feel it. There. Feel that?

I havent had sit-ups for a long time now. Just made a few yesterday, if the position and the movements were to be considered, when, while watching TV, I decided to have it a go and did it while resting my back on the sofa (the part where your butt's usually placed), legs bent, feet resting on a monoblock chair, the small of my back at the edge of the sofa, and chin on my chest. I then raised my legs towards my chest then let it go down and back up again. I did that for a couple of times at intervals until the evening. I did it all while watching TV. :D

Well, anyways, now my midsection hurts when I laugh and when I stretch. But yeah, I'm sure that after doing the exercise for a couple more times, the pain will be gone.
Ah... I used to do 300 crunches every other day, even daily. Oh well.

What's probably almost as touching as the Count of Monte Cristo opening song is being able to see the five reactions from the four people that made a comment on the post prior this one. ^_^

It was, like, whoa... five?

I haven't recieved that much feedback since... I dont even remember... at the beginning of this blog, I guess.

I thank Jean Marion (whose name sounds French), Lost Soul a.k.a. Kitin, Glaiza, and Abby! Salamat sa pag-comment!

I just can't help but feel good inside even though I know that I would have to carry the heavy, compact, yellow typewritter. :D

Hum... Sir Dimalanta wasnt present today so... yun... feeling ko, at this very moment, na magtatapos na naman ang isang araw at magiging isa naman sa mga "what was it all for?" days. Not that the're a lot of those kind. I just dont like it when particular days felt that way.

I remember one Paskuhan wherein I said, "Di ko sila maramdaman." pertaining to a performance on the grandstand and my friends and their companions then didn't quite get what I meant. Hum...

I borrowed some nice VCDs from Neil and got the interview from Ma'am Celos yesterday! Yey!

Peace! :D

One of the most touching anime songs that I heard and, most especially, understood without the aid of subtitles is the opening song from The Count of Monte Cristo. Now, though I'm not fond of posting songs, I decided that this one's well worth posting and I recommend that you atleast read the lyrics. ^_^

Most of you, assuming that you're one of my friends/classmates from 4JRN1, do not know or even heard this song. However, I recommend that you atleast read the first and second stanza and lets see if you won't like it. By then, if you weren't able to appreciate the lyrics of the song then you are officially a senseless, unappreciative, waste of space and Oxygen. Enjoy! :D

WE WERE LOVERS
opening song of the anime Count of Monte Cristo
sung by JEAN JACQUES BURNEL

Harsh words were said
and lies were told instead.
I didn't ever mean to
make you cry.
But love can make us
weak and make us strong,
and before too very long.
I was totally in love with
you.
I bathed in you.
Lost in you, captivated by
you.
Amazed by you, dazed by
you.
Nothing can go wrong.
Nothing can go wrong.
Nothing can go wrong.

So tonight I'll sing
a song to all my friends.
Also to those we won't be
seeing again.
To those I knew and
those I still adore
and I want to see once
more.
I just pray that you will
love me
and trust me.
Laugh with me and cry
with me
spend those silent times
with me.
Love me evermore.
Love me evermore.
Love me evermore.

You and I were lovers.
Our dreams were not
soured by life.
And then my friends'
betrayal
meant you never would be
my wife.

Harsh words were said
and lies were told instead.
I didn't ever mean to
make you cry.
But love can make us
weak and make us strong,
and before too very long.
I was totally in love with
you.
I bathed in you.
Lost in you, captivated by
you.
Amazed by you, dazed by
you.
Nothing can go wrong.
Nothing can go wrong.
Nothing can go wrong.

Patience, to give an example.

Pero parang dapat parin akong magpasalamat. As Ginji once said, "Good things will happen as long as you're alive."

Reminds me of the Count of Monte Cristo and of Kill Bill.

I'm not vengeful about anything because there's nothing to be vengeful about. I just made some sort of connection with what Ginji said and the two works of art.
It's quite frustrating when you just cant find a person to talk to about certain things that seemingly only you can understand.
